ANNOUNCEMENT Fall Physicals sponsored by FHA

Family Health Associates of Lewistown has once again offered to perform reduced rate $25.00 school athletic physicals at their Lemed Building offices. The following schedule has been arranged by them and will provide adequate openings for each school. For a SATURDAY, JULY 19 appointment, CALL LAHS at 242-1401 during regular office hours of 7am to 3 pm. For a SATURDAY, JULY 26 appointment, CALL IVHS at 248-5441 during regular office hours of 7 am to 3 pm. All appointments will be between the hours of 8 am to 12 noon.

Reminder to the Parents---ONE Physical is good for an entire school year!

There will be NO WALK-INS allowed so call the school today for your appointment. The $25 fee must be in cash or check – NO DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS.
